Cranberries and Olives, though they may be an unlikely combo, they match wonderfully. How did this come about, it was in a dream. While feeling very lethargic, the cranberry and olive cookie popped into my head and would not go away until I tried to make them. The cranberry is a truly terrific fruit full of antioxidants. The olives provide iron and vitamin E which help makes these cookies a healthier treat. The Crantini Cookie brings together two great tastes in one terrific cookie. As with all of D'Sweets products, everything is made with the utmost care.
